FARM TOURS
At Birrong Suri Alpacas we are now working with Tourism Southern Highlands to offer small groups (maximum of 12 per tour) the opportunity to join one of our regular farm tours.
When you take part in a farm tour you will:
- Learn all about suris
- Enjoy a walk around our farm in its beautiful secluded valley
- Get up close to plenty of suris—usually including cria (baby alpacas)
Whether you are thinking of owning your own suris, or are just looking for a unique experience in the Southern Highlands, we look forward to welcoming you to our farm.
This is a working farm, and so you will need to come dressed for the outdoors, including strong, enclosed shoes. Don’t forget to bring your camera—but please leave your dog at home! Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
We are located on an unsealed road, approximately 40 minutes drive from Bowral, and full directions are supplied when you make your booking. Our road is not suitable for large coaches.
Tours last 1½ hours and are available every weekend and on weekdays by appointment. Bookings are absolutely essential and can be made by contacting:
